  • 0.12Tablespoons (tbsp)Vinegar

    Fill three‑quarters of a cup with olive oil.

    Add 1 tablespoon of honey to reduce acidity.

    Add 1 tablespoon of mustard (optional) to adjust color and consistency.

    Chop 1 teaspoon basil and 1 teaspoon thyme.

    Add the chopped herbs to the measuring cup.
