Ingredients

  • 6CupBasmati rice
  • 3PinchSalt
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
  • 10Teaspoons (tsp)cardamon
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Saffron infusion
  • 4Grams (g) Butter
  • 6Psc.Mohammadi Rose
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Rose water

Steps

    Heat a pot of water until boiling, then add salt, ghee, and cardamom pods.

    Add the basmati rice soaked for 1 hour to the boiling water and boil it for 8 minutes.

    Drain the rice well.

    Place the drained rice in a pot, using a metal diffuser underneath to distribute the heat evenly.

    Pour the saffron-infused water over the rice.

    Add butter, dried roses, and rose water on top of the rice.

    Cover the pot tightly and let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes until all the flavors are absorbed.

    Serve the saffron rice hot alongside stews or grilled dishes. Enjoy
