في محضّرة الطعام أو باستخدام الخلاط، نضع الأفوكادو، جبنة الفيتا، الثوم الكونفي، عصير الليمون، الملح والفلفل، ثم نخلط جيدًا حتى نحصل على قوام كريمي.

Add a bit of water gradually if the dressing is too thick, until it reaches a smooth and pourable consistency.

نُضيف القليل من الماء بالتدريج إذا كان قوام التتبيلة كثيفاً جداً حتى تصبح ناعمة وسهلة الخلط.

Add the dressing to the pasta and veggie mixture and toss to coat evenly.
