    Wash the lemon well, then cut it into slices or small pieces.

    In a deep bowl, rub the limes, sugar and mint well until the oils and juices come out.

    Cover the bowl and let the mixture steep for about an hour at room temperature.

    After the hour has passed, rub the mixture again to bring out more flavor.

    Strain the mixture using a fine strainer to extract the juicer.

    Add one and a half liters of cold water and blossom water to the juice, and stir well until smooth.

    Pour the juice into a pitcher and keep it in the refrigerator until cold.

    Serve cold and you can add ice cubes when serving.
