  • 1.5Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee

  • 1CupAlmonds
  • 2.5CupBoiling Water
  • 2Cupwater

Steps

    In a pan, caramelize 2 tablespoons of sugar with 2 tablespoons of water.

    Add the boiling water (for each cup of Egyptian rice, add 1¼ cups of water).

    Add the cinnamon, bouillon powder, and black honey, then let it boil.

    In another pan, add the ghee and stir the rice well

    Add salt to the rice.

    Pour the caramelized sugar mixture over the rice.

    Cover the pan, reduce the heat, and let the rice cook

    In a pan over heat, add the ghee, then fry the raisins and almonds until they turn golden.

    Add the fried raisins and almonds to the rice.
