Steps

    We wash ½ cup of bulgur well and drain it.

    We add the chopped parsley to a large bowl.

    We chop the green onions and add them to the parsley.

    We zest a lemon, chop it finely, and add it in.

    We chop the mint and add it to the bowl.

    We add the bulgur-tomato-lemon mix to the chopped greens.

    We add salt, olive oil, and the remaining lemon juice.
