We make slits in the fish so it absorbs the marinade, then we prepare the marinade, which consists of crushed garlic, lemon juice, cumin, crushed chili, and two tablespoons of olive oil. We mix them together and apply it generously to the fish.

To make Sayadiyah rice, we slice the onion and place it in vegetable oil, stirring until it turns brown. Then we add the garlic slices, dried lime, and bay leaves.

We take two tablespoons of fried onions, put them in half a cup of boiling water, and mix them until we add them to the rice later.

We add the remaining spices and sauce, then add the rice and stir it, followed by the chicken broth and the onion mixture we prepared.

For the fish coating mixture, we combine two cups of flour with salt, fish spices, and cumin. We coat the fish well and place it in plenty of oil until it is cooked. We serve it with brown rice, and bon appétit!
