Mix warm milk, instant yeast, and sugar in a bowl.

Cover and let it sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.

Add eggs, oil, mahlab, and salt to the yeast mixture.

Gradually add flour and knead into a cohesive dough.

Knead the dough well on a floured surface.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Mix milk with a little instant coffee in a separate bowl.

Roll out each dough piece slightly without making it too thin.

Fill each piece with cubes of yellow kashkaval cheese.

Seal the dough tightly from all sides.

Dip one side of each piece in milk-coffee mix, then in sesame seeds.
