Steps

    We prepare the dough by mixing yeast, sugar, and warm water, then leave it for two minutes to activate.

    We add the egg, sheep yogurt, flour, salt, and baking powder, and knead for ten minutes

    We let the dough rest for one hour.

    We divide the dough into equal-sized balls.

    We prepare the meat filling by mixing minced meat with grated onion, sheep yogurt, tahini, coriander, ginger, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and pomegranate molasses.

    We flatten the dough and shape it as desired.

    We place the filling in the center of each piece of dough.

    We bake the Sfiha in a preheated oven at 220°C for 12 minutes.
