  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 0.25CupGround Oat
  • 0.25CupShredded carrots
  • 0.25CupMinced parsley

Steps

    Boil the cauliflower pieces in hot water until they become tender

    Drain them well and mash them until smooth.

    Add salt and pepper, then mix well to distribute the seasoning evenly.

    Add ¼ cup of ground oats to the cauliflower mixture and stir until fully combined.

    Add the grated carrot and chopped parsley, then continue mixing until all ingredients are well incorporated.

    Knead the mixture with your hands until you get a firm dough, then divide it into five equal pieces.

    Place the pieces on a baking tray or in silicone molds and bake in the oven or air fryer at 190°C for 20 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
