    In the baking tray, place the onions, sumac, salt, spices, and olive oil, and mix them well.

    Season the chicken pieces with the onion and spice mixture.

    Add the pomegranate molasses on top of the chicken, then cover the tray with aluminum foil.

    Place the tray in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 90 minutes.

    After the time is up, cut the flatbread and arrange the chicken on top, then add the liquids and oil.

    If the liquids are insufficient, add a quarter cup of olive oil, then return it to the oven for 10-15 minutes until browned.
