Place 0.5 kg of washed, soaked (overnight), and boiled chickpeas in a food processor.

Run the food processor for 1 minute.

Add 2 ice cubes and blend again.

Add 150-300 g of tahini and blend.

Add 3 garlic cloves (optional) and blend.

Add the juice of 4 fresh lemons or 1 tablespoon of citric acid and blend for about 5 minutes.

Add 50 ml of vegetable oil and blend.

Add 1 tablespoon of cumin and 0.5 tablespoon of salt, then blend.

Pour the hummus into a serving bowl.
