  • 4CupRed lentils
  • 1CupRice
  • 8Psc.Beef Stock
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Coarse paprika
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 0.5Grams (g) Ground meat

Steps

    Cook the chopped onion in olive oil until softened.

    Add the washed red lentils

    Pour in the meat broth, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Let it cook for 20 minutes.

    Add only the washed rice to the pot

    Add coarse paprika, and continue stirring to prevent sticking.

    In another skillet, put 1/4 cup of olive oil

    We add a chopped onion and sauté it, then add the minced meat

    Add a tablespoon of coarse paprika, then add salt and black pepper and stir until the meat is cooked

    Once the lentils and rice are done, add the cooked minced meat and mix well.
