  • 0.5CupSugar
  • 250CupCold Milk
  • 5Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 5Teaspoons (tsp)Mastic
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water

Steps

    Heat 750 ml of milk with half a cup of sugar on the stove until the sugar dissolves.

    In a separate bowl, mix 250 ml of cold milk with 5 tablespoons of cornstarch until fully dissolved

    Grind the mastic pieces with a little sugar until finely ground.

    Once the milk is hot, gradually add the cornstarch mixture while stirring continuously over low heat.

    When the mixture thickens into a pudding-like consistency, add the ground mastic and one tablespoon of orange blossom water, then mix well.

    Pour the pudding into serving cups, garnish with crushed pistachios, and refrigerate for 1 hour until fully chilled.
