Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla for 3–4 minutes until the mixture is pale.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix until combined.

Pour the batter into a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Tap the pan 3 times to remove air bubbles, then bake at 170°C for 25 min.

Whip the whipping cream until thick (4–5 minutes).

Reserve 2–3 spoons of the whipped cream for decoration.

Mix cold milk, liquid cream, and condensed milk together.

Poke holes in the cooled cake using a fork or skewer.

Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake and let it soak.

Spread the whipped cream on top.

Add caramel sauce in lines using a piping bag.
