Ingredients

- 2CupMilk powder
- 2CupSugar
- 2Grams (g) Instant yeast
- 1PacketSweetener
- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Turmeric
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground fennel
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Anise powder
- 2PinchSesame
- 2PinchBlack Seeds
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Fennel seeds
- 1Psc.Aniseed grains
- 0.25CupOlive oil
- 1PinchSalt
- 350Cupwater

Mix the flour, sugar, powdered milk, and yeast.

Gradually add water and knead for 5 minutes.

During kneading, add ground fennel, anise (ground and whole), mahlab, sesame seeds, nigella seeds, baking powder, and turmeric.

Add olive oil and salt, then knead for another 5 minutes.

Let the dough rise in an oiled bowl in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and let rest for 10 minutes

Roll each portion on a well-oiled mold or flatten manually into a bread shape.

Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for about 20 minutes.

Once out of the oven, brush the tops with olive oil.
