Ingredients

- 0.5CupGreen Beans
- 2CupYogurt
- 3CupOlive oil
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 3Psc.Minced garlic cloves
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Coriander
- 2BunchGreen Coriander
- 1Psc.Bay Leaf
- 1PinchSeven spices
- 1Psc.Onion
- 1PinchSalt

Brown the meat well with vegetable oil then add bay leaves, mixed spices, and whole spices as desired then add hot water.

Add an onion and salt, then let it boil and skim off any scum from the surface. Cook for 2 hours or 45 minutes in a pressure cooker.

In another pot, sauté the fava beans with a little oil then add 2 cups of boiling water, cover, and let it cook for about 30 minutes or more.

In another pot, add the yogurt and Mix the cornstarch with olive oil and add them to the yogurt.

Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils (add a squeeze of lemon if the yogurt isn’t sour enough).

Once the meat and beans are cooked, add the yogurt to the beans, along with 2 cups of meat broth and the meat pieces.

In a pan, sauté the garlic with olive oil, dried coriander, and fresh coriander. Once the garlic and coriander are golden, add them to the yogurt and beans.

Adjust the salt and serve with white rice with vermicelli.
