- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 1CupOlive oil
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mixed spices
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Smoked paprika
- 1Psc.Rosemary
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste

Make small cuts in the lamb leg.

Mix salt, vegetable oil, olive oil, black pepper, cinnamon, mixed spices, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, rosemary, and tomato paste.

Rub the lamb leg thoroughly with the mixture.

Place the lamb leg in an oven bag and seal it tightly, then refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Remove the lamb leg from the refrigerator before baking to reach room temperature.

Make a very small hole in the oven bag to release steam during roasting.

Bake the lamb leg in a very hot oven for 30 minutes on high heat.

Lower the temperature to 150-160°C and continue baking for 3 hours (1 hour per kilo of meat after lowering the heat).

Place the lamb leg on the middle rack of the oven during roasting.

Serve the lamb leg with your favorite rice.
