  • 0.5Milliliters (mL)Melted butter
  • 2.5CupFlour
  • 1CupDates syrup
  • 1CupMelted Chocolate
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

Steps

    Place ¾ cup of sugar, ½ cup of oil, and ½ cup of melted butter in a bowl.

    Gradually add 2 ½ cups of flour and mix the ingredients until a firm dough forms.

    Shape the dough into fingers and place them on a baking sheet.

    Spread sugar over the surface of the fingers using a knife.

    Shape part of the dough into circles and place them on another baking sheet.

    Press down on the circles using any tool you have (e.g., a milk frother).

    Place the trays in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 12 minutes

    After removing from the oven, let them cool slightly

    Fill the circles with date syrup.

    Cover part of the biscuit fingers with melted chocolate, then sprinkle with pistachios.
