  • 1Psc.Green pepper
  • 1Psc.Red bell pepper
  • 1Psc.Green chili pepper
  • 2ClovesGarlic
  • 0.25Psc.Lemon juice
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 0.25CupOil
  • 4.5PinchSalt

Steps

    We bring the water to a boil in a deep pot, then add 3 tablespoons of salt.

    We add the small onions to the boiling water, stir well, then cover and let it cool completely.

    After cooling, we peel the onions carefully.

    In a food processor, we blend the red pepper, green pepper, hot pepper, and garlic until smooth.

    We add the pepper mixture, 1½ tablespoons of salt, lemon juice, vinegar, and oil to the peeled onions, then mix everything well.

    We pack the onions and mixture into a sterilized glass jar.

    We seal the jar tightly and leave it at room temperature for one week until it's ready to serve.
