We marinate the beef fillets by coating them with grated onion, strained tomato juice, salt and black pepper, and leave them for15 minutes

In a bowl, crack the egg and add a pinch of black pepper and some milk, then beat them well

In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.

After 15 minutes of marinating, dip the fillets into the egg mixture first, then coat them well with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure they are well coated.

Place the coated fillets in the fridge for 30 minutes to ensure the coating sticks properly

After 30 minutes, fry the fillets in deep oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy

Remove them from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil
