    We wash the red peppers well, dry them, cut them open, and remove the seeds.

    We grind the peppers using a meat grinder or food processor, then place them in a strainer to remove excess liquid.

    We place the ground peppers over high heat and stir until fully dried, and reduce the extracted liquid separately over the heat.

    We add the salt to the dried peppers and stir, then pack the mixture into sterilized jars and top with olive oil.

    We seal the jars while hot and store them in the fridge, and keep the thickened liquid in sterilized containers for later use.
