Boil the chicken breasts in salted water until fully cooked, then shred them into small pieces.

Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onions to the pan.

Sauté the onions well until soft and lightly golden.

Add the shredded boiled chicken to the pan and mix with the onions.
