  • 150Grams (g) Butter
  • 250Tablespoons (tbsp)Ketchup
  • 5Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Curry powder

    We wash the wings with water and salt.

    We mix the wings with minced garlic, ginger, lemon zest, curry, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and hot red pepper.

    We let the wings marinate for an hour or more.

    We prepare the sauce by melting the butter, then adding ketchup, black pepper, red pepper, lemon juice, and white vinegar.

    We cook the sauce over low heat until it thickens.

    We fry the wings in oil at 120°C for 4–6 minutes, depending on their size.
