  • 6Psc.Ripe banana
  • 2CupFrozen Strawberries
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
  • 2CupHoney
  • 5CupMilk
  • 1CupMelted Chocolate
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Sprinkles
  • 1CupIced water

Steps

    We peel the bananas and slice them, then place them in a sealed bag or container and freeze them for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.

    To prepare the strawberry ice cream, we take 2 cups of the frozen bananas and place them in a blender, then add 2 cups of frozen strawberries and 1 tablespoon of honey.

    We add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water or milk as needed, then blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

    We place half of the strawberry ice cream in a container and freeze it, then pour the remaining amount into silicone molds and freeze until firm.

    To prepare the chocolate ice cream, we place the remaining frozen bananas (about 4 bananas) in the blender, then add ½ cup cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of honey.

    We add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water or milk, then blend until smooth.

    We pour the chocolate ice cream into silicone molds and freeze until completely firm.

    When serving, we take the strawberry ice cream out of the freezer, use an ice cream scoop to form balls, or simply remove the pieces from the molds, then garnish with colored sprinkles.

    We remove the chocolate ice cream from the molds and dip each piece in melted chocolate, then place them in ice water for a few seconds to harden the coating.
