- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Sumac
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Dried parsley
- 1ClovesDried garlic

Steps

Choose the vegetables you prefer — here we used red and green peppers, onion, carrot, and potatoes.

Prepare the marinade by mixing the oil, red pepper paste, and all the listed spices in a small bowl.

Stir the marinade well until smooth.

Place the chopped vegetables in a large bowl and add half of the marinade.

Mix the vegetables well to ensure they are fully coated.

Prepare the beef slices and coat them with the remaining marinade on both sides.

Make sure the meat is fully covered with the marinade.

Line a baking tray with two layers of foil and then a sheet of parchment paper on top.

Arrange the vegetables at the bottom of the tray, then place the beef slices on top.

Seal the parchment paper and foil tightly so no steam or air can escape.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, until the beef and vegetables are tender and fully cooked.
