Place 2 eggs in a deep bowl.

Add 1½ tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the eggs, then whisk well with a hand or electric mixer until the mixture becomes pale.

Add ½ cup of oil and continue whisking until fully combined.

Add ½ cup of milk and mix well.

Gradually add 1 cup of water while mixing until the batter becomes smooth.

Add 2 cups of sifted flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt, then mix until the batter becomes slightly thinner than cake batter.

Pour the batter into a bottle with a narrow spout to make pouring easier.

Preheat the waffle maker well and brush it with a little oil or butter.

Pour the waffle batter into the machine until the squares are fully covered, then close it and cook until the bottom turns golden.
