We boil the pasta for 3 minutes in water with salt.

We heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper in it.

We add the minced meat and stir it until it cooks.

We add the tomato juice and let it simmer with the salt and spices: regular and smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder, black pepper, oregano, a pinch of sugar, and rosemary.
