  • 0.25CupOil

    Mix 2 cups warm water with 2 tsp yeast and 1 tsp sugar, let it activate.

    In a bowl, combine 3 cups whole wheat flour, 1 cup white flour, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup oats.

    Add 1/4 cup oil, then pour in yeast mixture, mix into a sticky dough (add 1/2 cup water if needed).

    Cover and let rise for 1–1.5 hours.

    Divide into loaf pans, smooth with wet fingers, sprinkle oats.

    Let rise 30 more minutes, bake at 200°C for about 1 hour until golden.
