  • 0.5CupPistachio Butter
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
  • 100CupChocolate
  • 1Psc.Dates
  • 1CupCoconut Oil
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Pistachios

Steps

    Toast the kunafa in a pan over medium heat without adding butter or oil until it becomes golden and crispy.

    Add the pistachio butter and tahini to the toasted kunafa

    Mix the ingredients well until fully combined.

    Melt the chocolate with coconut oil using a double boiler or in the microwave.

    Remove the pits from the dates.

    Fill each date with the kunafa and pistachio mixture.

    Dip the stuffed dates into the melted chocolate until fully coated.

    Garnish the top of each date with crushed pistachios

    Place the dates in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets.
