- 1.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Pepper paste
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
- 250Cupwater
- 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken
- 1Psc.Potato
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil

We cut the potatoes into thick rings and fry them half-fried

Mix the yogurt with salt, black pepper, coriander, and minced garlic in a bowl.

Add the tomato paste, pepper paste, white vinegar, and water, then stir well until the ingredients are fully combined.

Place the potatoes in the Pyrex, add some of the marinade and stir well

Season the chicken well with the marinade and place it on top of the potatoes

Top each piece of chicken with a spoonful of vegetable oil

Cover the dish with foil for safe and healthy cooking.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1.5 to 2 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.

We remove the foil a quarter to half an hour before the time is up, until the top is browned

Note The cup of vinegar used is a small cup (tea cup)
