  • 500Grams (g) Biscuit
  • 5CupChocolate
  • 250Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
  • 2CupPowdered sugar
  • 200CupWhipping cream
  • 1Psc.Banana
  • 1Grams (g) White chocolate
  • 1Grams (g) Milk Chocolate

Steps

    In a bowl, place the biscuits and crush them, then grind them with a hand blender until they become smooth. Add about five tablespoons of chocolate and knead well. You can add more chocolate until you reach a firm consistency.

    Place plastic wrap on the surface where you'll roll out the dough, then add the dough and place another layer of plastic wrap on top. Roll out the dough as shown in the video, then cut it into a rectangular shape to make it easier to roll.

    To prepare the filling: In a bowl, place the cream cheese, then add powdered sugar if the whipped cream is unsweetened. Add the whipped cream and whisk with an electric mixer.

    Spread the filling over the dough, then add a banana (optional). Roll the dough into a log shape and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.

    Melt the white chocolate and milk chocolate, then use them to coat the bags as shown in the video.

    After 30 minutes, remove the Swiss roll from the freezer and decorate it with the bags coated in white chocolate and milk chocolate (with a low cocoa percentage). Then, place it back in the freezer for 15 minutes.
