  • 300Psc.Fish Fillet
  • 30Grams (g) Butter
  • 1CupOlive oil
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice
  • 1CupChopped dill
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Chopped pickled cucumber
  • 1Psc.Onion
  • 1Psc.Potato

Steps

    Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

    Add minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, pickled cucumber ,salt, and black pepper. Stir for 1 minute.

    Arrange potato and onion slices evenly in a baking dish.

    Place the fish fillets over the vegetables and pour the sauce on top.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden.
