  • 1Psc.Light bread
  • 500CupFeta cheese
  • 200Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Olive
  • 0.5BunchParsley
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried mint
  • 1.5CanCheddar

Steps

    Mix feta, cream cheese, olives, cheddar, kashkaval, parsley, and mint in a bowl until well combined.

    Cut the light bread into long strips and brush with a little olive oil.

    Fill each strip with cheese mixture and fold into samosa triangles.

    Place on a greased tray and bake at 220°C until golden.
