Steps

    We boil lentils and pasta

    Cut the eggplant into small cubes and then fry it in oil until cooked

    Chop the bread and onions and fry them as well

    In a bowl, mix the yogurt, tahini, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, and pomegranate molasses to make a sauce.

    In serving glasses, place the fried eggplant and then the boiled pasta and lentils

    Add the fried bread, then add the sauce and garnish with fried onions, sumac and parsley
