  • 1Psc.Green pepper
  • 1BunchGreen Coriander
  • 6Psc.Minced garlic cloves
  • 2CupOil
  • 3CupPomegranate molasses
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Psc.Liver marinade

    To make the mixture, blend peppers, coriander, and garlic cloves in a food processor with two tablespoons of oil until finely chopped. Reserve a spoonful of this mixture for the pasta. Then, add the liver marinade to the remaining mixture and mix well.

    Apply the marinade to the liver, then layer with onion slices and skewer the pieces with wooden sticks. Sauté them in oil until they turn golden brown, basting occasionally with pomegranate molasses until fully cooked.

    To prepare the pasta, add a spoonful of the prepared mixture to a pan, then add some of the pasta cooking water. Next, add the cooked pasta and stir well. Enjoy your meal.
