Steps

    Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Peel the onion and cut it into slices.

    Arrange the chopped vegetables on a baking tray and roast them in the oven for 30 minutes.

    In a pot on the stove, melt the butter, then add the cornstarch and flour, and stir well.
