We melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, then add the shredded kunafa and stir until golden brown.

We transfer the toasted kunafa to a bowl, add pistachio butter, and mix well until combined.

We place the cream cheese in another bowl and add the cream.

We add the whipping cream and sugar as desired to the cream cheese mixture.

We beat the mixture with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

We brush the cups lightly with oil using a pastry brush.

We place a layer of kunafa at the bottom of each cup and press it down firmly.

We add a layer of filling over the kunafa, then cover with another layer of kunafa and press down.
