Ingredients

- 2Psc.Tomato
- 6Grams (g) Mushroom
- 1Psc.Potato
- 1Psc.Green pepper
- 1Psc.Red bell pepper
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
- 1.25Cupwater
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1To TasteFrozen vegetables

Arrange the sliced onion rings in the casserole dish.

Add the sliced tomatoes on top of the onions.

Season the onions and tomatoes with salt and black pepper.

Season the lamb chops with salt and black pepper.

Place the seasoned lamb chops on top of the tomatoes in the casserole.

Add 1/2 cup of water to the casserole.

Cover the casserole and put it in a preheated oven at 230°C (446°F) for 45 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables by cutting the mushrooms, potato, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper.

Season the cut vegetables with salt and black pepper and mix well.

Add the seasoned vegetables on top of the lamb chops in the casserole.

In a cup, mix 3/4 cup of water with the tomato paste until well combined.

Pour the tomato paste mixture over the vegetables and lamb chops in the casserole.

Return the casserole to the oven for an additional 45 minutes at 200°C (392°F).

Leave the casserole in the oven uncovered for the last 15 minutes to brown the top.

Boil the frozen vegetables for garnish (optional).
