    Add the eggs to a large mixing bowl.

    Add the vanilla and white sugar and mix well.

    Add the brown sugar and gradually pour in the oil while mixing.

    In a small bowl, combine the yogurt and vinegar.

    Add the yogurt mixture to the main batter and mix well.

    Add the spices (ginger, cinnamon, cloves) and mix.

    Sift the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda) in stages, mixing after each addition.

    Add the mashed pumpkin and mix until the batter is smooth.

    Grease the cake pan with a layer of tahini.

    Pour the batter into the pan.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes.
