Steps

    In a baking dish, place the noodles and add the instant noodle seasoning

    Add the vegetables (colored bell peppers, mushrooms, grated carrots, and crushed garlic).

    Add the soy sauces (3 tablespoons of regular soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of mild soy sauce) and the hot water

    Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the ingredients are well cooked.

    After the time has passed, remove the foil until the top is browned

    Remove from the oven and serve hot.
