- 1.5CupWarm water
- 1Grams (g) Instant yeast
- 1CupSugar
- 80CupOlive oil
- 1PinchSalt
- 100To TasteMozzarella
- 2CupMilk
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Roasted sesame
- 2CupMolasses
- 0.25Cupwater
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Dried parsley
- 200Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese

Place the flour in a bowl, then add warm water, yeast, and sugar and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to the stand mixer and add olive oil and salt.

Knead the dough well for at least 5 minutes until smooth and soft.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30–60 minutes.

Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese with shredded mozzarella cheese.

After rising, divide the dough into small balls the size of a lemon (40–50 g each).

Shape each piece into a smooth ball by hand.

Dip the dough balls in black honey melted in water, then in roasted sesame seeds.

Arrange the coated balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Cover the tray and let the dough rise again for 20 minutes.

Using a glass cup or small bowl, press down to make a hollow in the center of each dough ball.

Fill the hollows with cream cheese, then top with shredded mozzarella.

Sprinkle dried parsley over the cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the tops turn golden.
