Steps

    Slice half a head of red cabbage into thin strips, then add half a teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and mix the cabbage well.

    In a bowl, mix 2 cups of yogurt with 1 tablespoon of tahini, then add 1 crushed garlic clove, half a teaspoon of additional salt, and 2 more tablespoons of lemon juice.

    Mix the yogurt and tahini mixture well until smooth.

    Squeeze the red cabbage well to remove excess water.

    Add the squeezed red cabbage to the yogurt and tahini mixture.
