Ingredients

- 1ClovesGarlic
- 1Grams (g) Hot chilli
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Whole Black Pepper
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Coarse salt
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Apple vinegar
- 1Liters (L)Hot water
Steps

Place the red onion slices in a clean, sterilized glass jar.

Add the black peppercorns, chili peppers, and garlic clove to the jar on top of the onions.

Pour the apple cider vinegar into a measuring cup.

We add coarse salt to apple cider vinegar.

Add hot water to the vinegar and salt mixture.

Stir the mixture well with a spoon until the salt dissolves.

Pour the mixture over the onions and other ingredients in the jar until they are completely covered.

We close the jar tightly.

Leave the jar on the kitchen counter for one day until the pickles are ready.
