  • 0.5Grams (g) Halloumi cheese
  • 1Grams (g) Thyme leaves
  • 1PinchBlack Seeds
  • 1CupOlive oil

Steps

    Prepare the Filling: Mix the mozzarella cheese, halloumi cheese, feta cheese, fresh thyme, and nigella seeds well until evenly combined.

    Fill the Rolls: Place a spring roll sheet on a clean surface. Add about 2 tablespoons of the cheese and herb mixture near one corner

    Fold the corner over the filling, then fold the sides and roll it tightly, sealing the edge with a little water.

    Repeat with the remaining sheets and filling.

    Freeze the rolls for 25-30 minutes before cooking to help them hold their shape.

    Cooking: Set the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 10 minutes, flipping the rolls halfway through until they turn golden and crispy.
