  • 0.5Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream

  • 1Grams (g) Butter

Steps

    Chop the onion finely and crush the garlic. Sauté the onion and garlic in a hot pan with some butter and olive oil.

    Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and add them to the pan.

    Add the spices and basil and stir until the chicken is cooked. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and stir well.

    Add the orzo (petitimi) to the pan. Add hot water (according to the orzo packet instructions).

    Let it boil, then reduce the heat and cover the pan until the orzo absorbs all the water. Add the cream and grated cheese, then stir well without heat.
