Steps

    We add a pinch of salt to a pot of boiling water. We add 0.5 kg of spaghetti and let it cook for 10 minutes.

    We heat a frying pan and add 1 tablespoon of butter.

    Once the butter melts, we add 0.5 kg of ground meat and brown it well.

    Once the meat starts to cook, we add the chopped onion and garlic.

    We add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1 tablespoon of pepper molasses (optional).

    We roast the ingredients well and season with salt and black pepper.
