Ingredients

- 0.5CupSugar
- 0.25CupChopped Walnuts
- 4.25CupFlour
- 1PinchSalt

In a bowl, add water and a pinch of salt, and stir well until the salt dissolves

Gradually add four cups and two tablespoons of flour, cup by cup, stirring constantly to ensure thorough mixing.

Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

Strain the batter using a sieve to remove any remaining lumps.

Heat the frying pan over the stove for 5 minutes.

Grease the pan lightly with ghee or olive oil.

Pour a suitable amount of batter into the pan and spread it in a circular motion to cover the surface.

Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, then flip to the other side.

Cook for an additional minute, then flip once more to ensure even cooking.

Brush the cooked sheet with ghee.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar on top.

Add a small amount of chopped walnuts (or shredded coconut) on the surface.

Repeat the process with the remaining batter until finished.
