Steps

    Put 290g butter and 200g sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer.

    Mix the butter and sugar with a mixer until the mixture is smooth.

    Add 5 eggs one by one, mixing after each addition

    Add 190 grams of cream cheese and mix well.

    Grate some lemon and add it to the mixture.

    Gradually add 290 g flour after sifting it, while continuing to mix.

    Add half a teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, and vanilla, then mix.
