Ingredients

  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1CupRice Flour
  • 1Grams (g) Dark chocolate
  • 1CupSugar
  • 1To TasteCrushed pistachios
  • 1CupShredded coconut

Steps

    Place 1 liter of milk in a pot over medium heat

    Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of ground rice, and 1 cup (200 ml) of sugar.

    Whisk all the ingredients well until fully dissolved and combined.

    Keep stirring the mixture on the heat until it begins to boil and thickens.

    Add the dark chocolate bar and stir until it melts completely into the mixture

    Remove the pot from the heat once you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.

    Pour the cream into serving glasses or plates and allow it to come to room temperature.

    Place the cups in the refrigerator to cool for an hour or two
